This site supports our HVAC business, based in Algonquin, Illinois, a far Northwest Chicago suburb. I hope to hear from you soon! The business is operated by Adam Schleiffer. There is a "silent" partner, who is occasionally on the job, but whose real role is to help establish the "business" part of the business. That partner is my father, Scott.

We stand behind our workmanship.

If you have "no heat" in the winter or "no cooling" in the summer, I will respond as fast as possible, or tell you promptly I won't be able to. In the latter case, I'll refer you to someone else in the trade that I trust.

We will consider, but reserve the right to decline work that involves hours crawling in confined, 120 degree attics or dark, muddy crawlspaces that pose safety risks to both of us.

Our Work

We focus primarily on new construction.
We will bid and work on additions, but you must understand that the work will go faster for your schedule, and thus be less expensive, during the "rough" framing.
We will bid and work on replacement of existing systems, and have experience with boilers, baseboard, radiant flooring and forced air, including the newest and most efficient models.
We can add a humidifer on most any forced air system in just a couple of hours, making your winter months much more comfortable and almost eliminate static cling with your clothes.
We stand behind and service what we sell.
We service anything we can and we treat it with the same high level of care as our own installations.

You will find us very competitive with anyone else you may seek a bid from.
We use the National HVAC Estimator as our principal guide to bidding your project.
